i am 15years old and i was diagnosed with being anemic. i had very low iron levels. i have finished my course of iron pills and now am being patient for my hair to grow back. it has stopped falling now. it has been falling out for a good 10 months. i just wanted to ask if my hair would grow back for certain, i mean every hair that fell out would it grow back again, would i ever get my hair the way it was before, someone tole me that when one hair comes out, another grows back again. i just wanted to see what everyone else had to say about it. thank you

pretty sure the baby dropped so, should i go on mat leave now?
ok i have asked about mat leave before im 33 weeks on wednesday but the baby has dropped im almost sure of it and i wouldnt be surprised either, i have a weak cervix from a surgery when i was 19 (24 now) most mornings i can hardly wake up let alone get ready for work then walk the half hour here with out it taking its tole. i have also been having braxton hicks everyday randomly for the past week everyday! and by the time 1 roles around ( like it is now) i almost feel deliriuosly tired..hardly can keep my eyes open, i eat healthy so i dont understand, and dont think its a lack of eating or drinking water. i was informed today of an iron defficiency i know this is contributing but honestly im just tired and getting b*tchy so what should i do?

wrought iron How to paint bronze metal patina on wrought iron?
I just purchased a wrought iron pedestrian gate which was installed in an entry way in my back yard. It is all black. I would like to do a faux paint, bronze metal patina, but am unsure exactly how to go about doing it. Can anyone assist.

If it is already painted, you have a few choices. You can try to strip the existing paint off, or you can use an oil based primer. Trying to get a bronze patina is not easy, but it can be done with a little practice. Once you have your work piece primed, start with a coat of gold paint. Let this coat dry completely before continuing. Next get some Olive Drab Green and put a light coat of this on top of the gold. Before this coat dries, take some paint thinner on a sponge and lightly dab the green pant in some areas. Remember, a natural patina is not at all uniform so the best way to determine where and how much paint to remove it would be a good thing to get a photograph of a bronze sculpture and just look at that finish. There are some examples on the website of Bronze-Depot.com. Once this step is complete, mix a very small amount of gray paint into the green. Again look at your photo or whatever you have as a template, and little by little add and mix until you think it is light enough. Make sure to reserve a small amount of this because you will need it later. Get another sponge and use this to apply this paint. Do not use the one you had the thinner on, but keep it close by. Dab this lighter green color around and remember not to be consistent. When this dries, take the sponge you used with the thinner. Get the green paint you reserved and mix a little more gray paint along with a generous amount of paint thinner into this until you get the consistency of ink. Stand your gate up against something and soak the sponge in this paint and squeeze a small amount of this paint onto it and let it run down. I know this sounds like a lot to have to go through, but keep in mind that you are doing in days what it takes nature months or years to do. My advice would be to try this technique on something other than your gate as practice. One more hint would be to make the effect more pronounced as you go toward the bottom of the gate, because this is exactly how it works naturally. Don't get discouraged if you don't get it just right the first time. Good luck and I hope this works.

Basically you want to classify all your chemicals as either being solid, liquid, gaseous or aqueous. Aqueous means that it is in solution.
1) This one involves using gaseous hydrogen chloride which reacts with solid iron to form solid iron(II) chloride and hydrogen gas (anhydrous means without water).
Fe(s) + 2HCL(g) = FeCl2(s) + H2(g)
2) Here we have solid iron being dissolved in a solution of hydrochloric acid (which is basically the hydrogen chloride gas dissolved in water). Here we see that the iron starts solid and is reacted with the aqueous hydrogen chloride/ hydrochloric acid to form a solution of iron(II) chloride.
Fe(s) + 2HCL(aq) = FeCl2(aq) + H2(g)
3) This is basically the same as number two, except with the solution of iron(II) chloride, we evaporate the water which leaves some in the crystal structure of the solid iron(II) chloride-4-water.

As bronze age craftsmen improved their forges, they eventually designed a forge that could melt iron ore, which has a higher melting point than cooper and tin. Bronze had to come first, however, because a forge that can smelt iron ore is rather sophisticated. It probably came about just because craftsmen wanted a forge that could get the job done faster, which required more heat--but that's just a guess.
But the ability to smelt iron ore lead to the invention of steel, and steel changed everything.

36 inch Firerock Fireplace Kit outdoor with paver patio/wall
I have 3 wrought iron porch columns from the 1950's. i would like to sell them. What is their value?
They are very heavy. probally 75 to 100lbs. each. I have 2 corner post which are double sided or shaped like an L. I have i center post that is flat. I have 8 decorative wings that bolt to the upper portion of the columns. 6 are on the columns, 2 were installed where the porch roof meet the building.
Great discriptions, but I have to tell you, I think they are worth their weight in wrought iron. I grew up in a house that a had this all around the front porch and one side of the side, which was rare back then. Also, my grandfather (passed) has a little wooden house, it was made in the 20's with wrought iron all over it. He has/had 6 children and has 14 grandchildren. Out of the 20/18 - there are 9 of us that help keep up that house. If wrought iron was worth anything one of my nosey cousins, not deserving of their 2 1/2 acres would have figured it out!
