I have a close (male) friend who's getting married; I barely know his fiance. I won't be able to attend their wedding, but will be giving them a gift. I was thinking of buying a large wrought iron candle holder and candle that they can place on their mantle. What do you think? I will be leaving the gift at my friend's house, so there won't be shipping costs involved.

I have 2 light green walls, a teal wall with a white tree, and a giant chalk board wall with two doors (entrance and closet). I have a white wrought iron bed. That's about all I've gathered so far, we're in a process of moving in. Anyways any ideas? I'm a teenage girl with a passion for photography if that helps. I've found the idea to use twigs to cover candle holders and one where you get a stick and tie letters to it.. I thought those were neat. But do you have any other ideas? Thanks for the help!!

Accent colors???
I'm getting mocha tile & I was going to paint in a shade maybe 2 shades lighter but w/in the mocha color scheme bc even tho we plan on living here for a bit we will want to sell in the next yr or so. So neutral shades was my target.
Prob is - my sofa is mocha. Currently I have some canvas art in sage green, red, ivory & some green & cream colored candles w/ wrought iron fixtures & candle holders.
What is a good color to accent w/ w/ such monochromatic room (mocha-ish floor, sofa, walls)?
For resale neutral is good. But, you can paint the walls a nice soft color like sage green or gray blue and have it still be good for resale. Plus, you'll enjoying living with it in the meantime. You need some contrast or it's just too boring. I vote for a soft color on the walls.
