wrought iron lamps What color should i paint my walls?
Most of my furniture is some shade of brown. Mid century modern mixed with newer pieces such as a black leather storage ottomon. I have a cream colored sectional sofa & soft shade of gold curtains & lamp shades. I dont have a theme, I'm more eclectic. Like being surrounded by my favorite things. Owls, funky conversation pieces. I like reds, greens, oranges, yellows, blues... and as far as accessories go well, i have a framed piece of a bull fighter, some wrought iron pieces, (Trying to get away from wrought iron, spanish kinda look. I realized I was headed in that direction & its really not my style) bubble shaped deep red vases, & some green jewel tone some earthy stone green ceramic vases. My walls are currently beige... like my couch & pretty much my curtains & lamp shades... Its getting a little depressing. NEED NEW WALL COLOR!!!! HELP!! Thanks

Would galvanized Iron piping work as a computer arm mount?
I was looking to make my own computer monitor arm to attach to my desk out of galvanized iron piping, similar to this sites' lamps: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?ref=vl_other_1&listing_id=22949205 but was wondering if all that metal would effect my wireless, monitor, or computer at all.
It won't affect your computer or any of its parts and pieces. If you have a standard CRT monitor, there is a small possibility that the iron pipe could affect it if it happens to be magnetic, but otherwise not at all.
Note that galvanized pipe goes dull after a brief period, and is also more difficult to paint than standard black-iron. Further, the threaded areas are often not galvanized and so are prone to rust. You might consider using regular black-iron pipe (cheaper than galvanized), which when thorougly cleaned takes paint very well. You could then paint it all sorts of neat colors either as individual pieces or fittings or as a whole.
